The ‘Performance Arcade’ along the waterfront is part of the Wellington Festival. Everything is free. If you dance or jump around on the colourful spots you make music and the colours change!

Celebrating the first Maori voyage to NZ
Last night we joined 20,000 other people on Wellington waterfront for the opening night of the festival. The arrival of fleet of waka and crew was designed to honour the legacy of Kupe, the famous Pacific explorer.
