Our friendly neighbour Rachel took us out on her jet-ski yesterday! We sped up the estuary buffeting the waves and hanging on tight! We went round Mount Maunganui and out to the open sea then back alongside the island of Matakana. Exhilarating!

This is the view from the lounge in our house swap home here in Tauranga….Don’t think it gets much better than having the sea at the bottom of your garden! Had a dip this morning and dried off in the sunshine… ‘Awesome!’ as they would say here…
